On the 15th June, St John Association Malta commemorated St John’s Day at Valletta. During this event the general public followed first aid and fire safety demonstrations. Ambulances, fire trucks, rescue vehicles and equipment were on display during the event. Dr Michael Farrugia, minister for Home Affairs and National Security praised the commitment of all volunteers of St John Ambulance (First Aid & Nursing), St John Rescue Corps and St John Training. The Minister said the 150 volunteers come from all walks of live and are an honour to our country.
